NOW Do I Look English?

It took a lot of hard work but King Paramount of Utopia finally managed to master English costume on his own...well mostly on his own. He always needs help with the tie. This is his first honest-to-goodness English suit--one not made in Utopia and not an altered uniform--and he's ridiculously proud of it. Even though Utopia's weather is balmy and tropical he'll wear that coat until he gives out form heat prostration.
